In Person Event - Devins v. Collins Oral Argument

A three judge panel at the United States Court of Appeals for Veteran Claims (CAVC) will hear oral arguments on September 30, 2026 at 10am in the second ever precedential Chapter 35 dual eligible child student case, similar to Osman v. Peake of 2008.
